Work With Me

There are really two ways to work with me; with a group or one-on-one.  My group programs have different levels of interaction depending on which you choose.  If you aren't sure which is best for you, set up a Health Strategy Session with me and we will discuss my programs and I will get to know you better and suggest what I think will be most successful for you.  The Health Strategy Session is Free and is conducted on the phone.  First, I will send a questionnaire to your email, then we can set a date for the session.  Email Missy@MyMomentumFitness.com with the subject, FREE HEALTH STRATEGY SESSION, and we can get started.

    They say it takes 3 weeks to create a habit, so I created two 28-Day Programs to promote health habits.  The Slim, Sexy, & Smart Weight Loss Kickstart will guide you to healthier habits and fast track your weight loss.  

    The 28-Day Meditation Challenge & Spiritual Cleanse is like spring cleaning for your soul.  Get deeper spiritually, and learn about meditation and how it can serve you.  

    This is habit forming in the good way.  You will reach successes quicker with a 28-day primer program.  These are excellent on their own or pre-program.
