Work With Me
There are really two ways to work with me; with a group or one-on-one. My group programs have different levels of interaction depending on which you choose. If you aren't sure which is best for you, set up a Health Strategy Session with me and we will discuss my programs and I will get to know you better and suggest what I think will be most successful for you. The Health Strategy Session is Free and is conducted on the phone. First, I will send a questionnaire to your email, then we can set a date for the session.
