How do you feel when you are alone? Does it evoke peace inside of you, or does it make you uncomfortable? Spending time alone is a superb way to get to know yourself on a deeper level. Where do your thoughts go when everything is quiet? Schedule some regular time with no distractions - just you.
An imperative factor in Self Love is being aware of what you allow into your sacred body (emotionally, physically, and mentally).
Think hard about some sources of negativity in your life that you can begin to eliminate.
List a few that come to your mind below, and commit to ditching them ASAP!
